Foggy engagement session at Salmon Cove Beach

If you live in Newfoundland, you know we’ve had a while there with some terrible weather. Initially when planning their engagement session we had decided to do a golden hour session on the beach. But after rescheduling once due to rain, we decided to embrace the bad weather. And I’m so glad we did! My inspiration for this session was Cannon Beach in the Pacific Northwest. I love the moody beach vibes and Salmon Cove beach was the perfect spot for it. It was freezing and so rainy but Lindsay went barefoot and we adventured around the beach. I love getting the chance to photograph couples before their wedding. It’s the perfect way for them to see how I work and to get comfortable in front of the camera.
